Coach Kris and Coach Kelsey met as young trainers, both aspiring to help others and share their passion for strong health. They both agree on several foundational concepts: - Training should be fun AND efficient - it isn’t mutually exclusive - Strength is the key to staying young, moving well, and moving often. - The only person who can make you better is you - you have to accept responsibility for your shit, and always be willing to adapt. Together they will give you the blueprint, and guide you as you step outside of your comfort zone. We’ll take away all the excuses - you just need to show up.
